I'm dying to explain my heart to you now.

2/24/08

Alright ladies and gentlemen, my 1 month blog absence is really meant for my Lenten sacrifice. You know, to really reflect on the things going on around the country, community and of course, to deepen my knowledge of my own self. Which really didn't happen because.....

.....It wasn't really my Lenten sacrifice. HAHAHAHA! Actually, it was really because schoolwork forced me to postpone everything. One of which is blog updating. Andi and Avery, here's what you've been ranting on. =))

It's actually 4:30am. Why am I awake at such a sleep-able time of the day? Nothing new really, SCHOOLWORK, still is the reason. Anyway Hemingway, school is being a bitch again. The never-ending supply of 'shitload' as everyone calls it, an unreasonable number of quizzes and long tests in a day and of course, if we're talking about III3, well yeah, there's always the class-teacher arguments.

All of those factors have lead me to perform drastic measures during class hours, I would literally grab every single opportunity to sleep. When the teacher turns her/his back on me even for a while, I would close my eyes and open them up again. Everyone's like that these days. And believe me, it's not easy trying to sleep when you're in the first roow. Geez. Haha. I pity Charmagne because everytime, she would always think that me and Krizzia were studying and reading our books, but much to her annoyance, we were both sleeping. And that situation happens evuh-ryday.

What the teachers are seeing is true. We all think and act like it's already vacation. During discussions, we would literally stare blankly at the teachers with the why-the-hell-are-you-still-blabbing-in-front look which in turn would supply us with a sermon which we've already heard from at least one teacher already. I have never ever felt so sabaw my entire life maaaaan. All teachers are rushing to finish every lesson in such a short span of time, and the least of their concern is if we understand what they taught or not or worse, if their students are still alive and breathing after a gazillion periods full-o Quadratic Functions.

*super gigantic mile deep sigh*

I don't know what happened yesterday that has got me sooooo hyper during dismissal. I was dancing non-stop from the classroom, down the path and all the way to Gate 3. Haha. Lovesit.

Sir DM came in yesterday during our Religion class wearing this neon green, i repeat, NEON green floral polo which made him look like a road sign slash Lito Atienza. I heard Manuel, from the back, belt out "Mahal kong Maynilaaaaaaaaaa....." I was laughing my head off. He even wore Cel's NEON green back and the NEON green water gun that Karla brought. HAHAHA! Ghostbusters amp. Of course, what would a Religion class be without Sir making someone(or more) cry? Hay talaga. He just has to ruin the mood.

English pd came. I hate Ms.Calero for finding out a way of making the whole class just basically, SHUT UP. We were talking about Robert Frost's poem and she was giving us a set of 2-choice questions and we had to pick one.

Ms.C: Starbucks or Coffee Bean?
III3: STARBUCKS!!(that's majority. I went for Coffee Bean.)

Ms.C: Kapamilya or Kapuso?
III3: *shouting&deabting*

Ms.C: UST or UP?
III3: UPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)) [Epal si Patbaubeb. ATENEO. :))]

Ms.C: LOURDES or CLARET??
III3: *DEAD SILENCE*

...and then we all laughed. HAHAHAHA! I wanted to stand up on my chair and shout: "NONE OF THE ABOOOOOOOVE!" Hahaha. Nice tactics, Ms. It worked. 100% guaranteed. :))

*I screwed our Volleyball Practical test for P.E. I just wanted to lie on the grass. Haha.

*HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHORTY :D Surprise, surprise!

*That's how I look like everyday.

*I ♥ Benito Mussolini. SOLIIIIIIIIID! :D

*Marge and Aira. Tawa ng tawa during TLE reporting.

For the past 2 weeks of not having the time to sit down in front of the computer and update my blog, there's been a lot of things that occured in my life. Tragic and nice alike.

FEBRUARY 2, '08 My Lola died. Dad woke me up with the bad news at 6ish am. I immediately ran upstairs, all confused, and saw Nanay lying in her bed unconscious. I cried, of course. To think that one of the most funny and amazing person I would ever grace upon this earth is gone. That the woman that always gave me life lessons about being a nice person to others has left permanently. I am officially grandparent-less, I thought. I sat in the couch just outside Lola's room crying. I can see everyone, my cousins and Dad in pajamas on their mobiles calling our relatives and telling them the tragic news. Everything happened so fast. I hate reacalling the happenings that day. Bottomline, Lola will truly be missed by everyone.

I Love You Nanay.

FEBRUARY 8, '08 marks STC's annual Bandfest. I got my hopes up and what happened? I was disappointed. This is by far the worst Bandfest I've had since Freshman year. I mean, yeah, the performances was good. Especially the Junior bands ;) But there was something wrong. Lesser food choices, which in turn left me hungry all through out the event and more. Just the whole atmosphere, I didn't like. It may be personal too. I was busy making ends meet for some people. Hay.

Kudos to Rodge who got to accomplish his surprise for Gian, to Cel who is now NOT a member of the Singles Club anymore thanks to Mr.Kim 'Binge' Roxas who lured her into the love boat, and Gian DL who tried his very best not to eff things up that night with Marge. Accentuate the TRIED part kay? And sorry too Gi for having to cope with us girls all night. You should've seen your face when we scream around you. PANALO. Pati 'jumping jack' move mo. Hahaha.

Nonetheless, good company never fails to save me from grave disaapointment. Thanks guys for always keeping me sane. Whatever. I still hate Bandfest.

FEBRUARY 10, '08 Buenviaje clan invaded Tagaytay. The main purpose of that was to attend a mass at some Church their because it was the feast or 150th Anniversary of Lourdes. Or something else I couldn't remember. Haha. After attending Mass, we went to a palengke where the older people shopped for our food that afternoon. Kuya Aris and Tita Zuming are the thriftiest person I know. Hands down! Don't believe me? Kuya was asking for the 'last price' for nuts. NUTS! It was P20 and he kept bargaining. He wouldn't stop talaga. He was in his tawad mode that day. The discussion with the nut vendor went on for a long time. Thus, I didn't get the result of the whole shindig.

After that, we went straight to Kuya Jun's house at Laguna Bel-Air. It was great having to spend quality time with my relatives. We did nothing but talk, sing, LAUGH, eat eat eat and played sports. I got to catch up on the lovelife of my niece, played PS2 with the younger kids and played soccer with Tricia & Julia, volleyball with Ate and basketball with Kuyas and Titos.
